What is better than students educating students about sex? KPAC Radio brings you a one of a kind radio show "Get Wet on Wednesdays". The hosts, Giovanna Arieta "DJ Gina" and Misha Maggi "Sandy Vag", give us the low down on sex every Wednesday from 8 pm-9 pm.

This show has high appeal because students can call in anonymously, ask questions, and get educational advice about sex. Most callers phone in with entertaining questions rather than personal questions. These women use books, student guests, and other publications to help them answer question or start topics of discussion.

Arieta, the creator of the show, is a communication broadcasting major with a minor in theatre. She is also very involved on campus as a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, Theta Alpha Phi, and Sigma Rho Chi, while also part of ASuop.

Maggi is an English Pre-Law with a film minor. She is the Senior Resident Assistant for John Ballantyne and Carter. She is also a student advisor and rock wall teacher at Baun Fitness Center.

"I really wanted to do the show with Giovanna because being roommates with her freshman year was one of the best experiences in college. Also, to be able to further round out my resume with the campus radio show, while laughing with "G" (Giovanna) is one of the best things a girl could ask for! I guess the two little hot blooded Italians just couldn’t be separated for that long," exclaimed Maggi.

This is the beginning of the second semester for "Get Wet on Wednesdays". Those who remember this show from last spring will remember the host Maia Maszara, but this semester Maszara stepped down and Maggi was invited to join the show.

There are three ways to catch the most popular KPAC radio show: 89.7fm, Pac-2 TV (channel 2 anywhere on campus), or the live stream online @ kpac.pacific.edu.

Be sure to mark your calendars for October 10th’s Top Gun Radio guest appearance, featuring hosts "Maverick" and "Iceman" on Get Wet on Wednesdays. You’re on KPAC!
